Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gathered item(s), you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. When you want to return or exchange your item(s) to STUDIO VRACO, please make sure your returns are accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return, and wish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. All items need to be returned in their original packaging and with the original hangtags. – Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case, the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the (online) store.- Please note, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense.- Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.- We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded.
– Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.
– Once your return has been well received, you will receive a credit note email with your refund details. Generally, we process refunds the same day as receiving the returned item, however, depending on your bank or credit card company this may take up to 48 hrs to reach you.

If STUDIO VRACO sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defective upon arrival, notify us within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible if stock is available. Exceptions: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
